Frequently Asked

Questions

Is this program right for beginners?

This program is designed for high school athletes who already compete and are ready to train with structure and accountability.

We assess readiness during the application and fit interview. If an athlete is not prepared for the standards required, we will recommend a more appropriate next step.

How many days per week do athletes train?

Training frequency depends on the athlete’s sport, season, and assessment results.

What matters most is consistent attendance and execution, not overtraining.

Athletes who cannot commit to the agreed structure are not retained.

Do you work with multi-sport athletes?

Yes. Many of our athletes compete in multiple sports.

Training is designed to
transfer speed, acceleration, and mechanics across sports, not interfere with competition schedules. This is reviewed during the fit interview.

What makes this different from other speed programs?

Most programs focus on effort.
We focus on measurable progression, technical standards, and decision-making.

Athletes train with:
• Objective speed measurement
• Structured progression cycles
• Clear performance benchmarks
• Coach-led evaluation, not guesswork

Hard work alone does not guarantee progress. Structure does.

How is progress measured?

Progress is tracked using objective sprint data, technical evaluation, and performance benchmarks.
Athletes and parents are shown what is improving, what needs work, and why changes are made.

If progress stalls, the training approach is adjusted. Nothing is left to assumption.

Do you guarantee results?

We do not guarantee outcomes without commitment.
Athletes who follow the program, attend consistently, and meet standards progress measurably.

Results are earned through compliance, not promised through marketing.

What if my athlete misses sessions?

Attendance standards are enforced.
Consistent missed sessions disrupt progression and accountability. Athletes who cannot meet attendance expectations may lose their spot to maintain training quality for the group.

Is this a recruiting service?

No.

We are not a recruiting agency.

We teach athletes:
• How coaches evaluate speed and performance
• How to become physically recruitable
• How to prepare for combines, trials, and standards

Recruitment success follows performance readiness.

What ages do you accept?

The program is designed for high school athletes.
Younger or older athletes may be considered on a case-by-case basis through the application process.

Why is acceptance by application only?

Selectivity protects results.

We limit group size to maintain:
• Coaching quality
• Individual attention
• Training standards
• Consistent outcomes

Not every athlete is accepted — by design.

What happens if an athlete is not accepted?

If an athlete is not a fit at this time, we will provide clarity on why and what to work on before reapplying.
Our priority is long-term development, not enrollment volume.
